Cryptopresale PR (“we”, “us”) provides marketing services for blockchain projects, including press release writing and distribution, influencer campaign management, paid media buying, SEO and community management. The specific scope, deliverables and pricing of each engagement are defined in a written campaign agreement.

2. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about your project for use in campaign materials
  • Review and approve content within agreed timelines
  • Ensure your project complies with the laws of the jurisdictions in which it operates

3. Guarantees and replacements

Where a package specifies guaranteed placements, we deliver on the listed outlets or replace any undeliverable placement with an equivalent-tier alternative. If no suitable replacement is available, we refund the pro-rated value of that placement.

4. Payments

Payment is due before campaign launch unless a milestone schedule is agreed in writing. We accept major stablecoins, BTC, ETH and bank transfer. All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

5. No financial advice

We are a marketing agency. Nothing we publish on behalf of clients or on this website constitutes financial or investment advice. We do not endorse the investment merits of any project we promote.

6. Limitation of liability

Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including token price movements or fundraising outcomes.
