About us

We used to write the headlines. Now we earn them.

Cryptopresale PR started in 2021 when two crypto news editors got tired of deleting bad pitches — and realized they knew exactly what a good one looked like.

Our story

Born on the other side of the inbox

Between us, we spent a decade at crypto news desks reading hundreds of pitches a week. Maybe five percent were usable. The rest were buzzword soup — "revolutionary," "game-changing," "the next Ethereum" — sent to the wrong person at the wrong time.

So we flipped sides. We started writing pitches the way we'd wanted to receive them: a real angle, clean copy, sent to an editor we knew by name. It worked immediately, and it still does. Three hundred launches later, that's the whole secret — there isn't a growth hack, just craft and relationships.

Today we're a distributed team of fourteen across Europe, Asia and the Americas: editors, former community managers, an SEO obsessive and two people who do nothing but verify influencer audiences.

How we operate

Three rules we don't break

Rule 1

No project we can't defend

If we wouldn't explain your tokenomics to a journalist with a straight face, we pass on the engagement. We've turned down more revenue than some agencies make.

No invented numbers

Every metric in our reports links to a source you can check — the article, the post, the analytics dashboard. If a campaign underdelivers, the report says so.

No disappearing act

Your campaign manager is reachable seven days a week. Not a ticket queue, not a shared inbox — a person whose name you know.

The people

Who you'll actually work with

Fourteen of us in total — here are the seven you'll probably meet first. Portraits by our own design desk, because we'd rather ship a campaign than pose for headshots.
